Our team has built very strong relationship with market dealers in order to sales quickly at the best price. ​


Goal is to sell renovated properties as soon as the conformity and regulatory compliance has been approved. We are looking for a total gross return of 30% but in case the market or economic situation are not favorable, we will internally manage and rent the properties.​


We anticipate a closing period of 1-3 months, period to receive the cash from the buyer.​

Management

We are expecting to keep between 20% and 30% of renovated properties under management to maintain continuous cashflow level and face unexpected market/economics situations.​


Our management team has been exposed to real estate property management for more than 15 years, with 25 years of financial capital market advisory and asset management. Our background and previous experience will allow us to find reliable and secure tenants with great creditworthiness during the rental process.​​


The development team will also have a role in case there are some maintenance or other issues during or after the rental period. We have competent workers available at any time in order to provide the best service and experience to occupant of the building.​​
